Going to go out on a limb here and say whoever programmed the sign is a millennial or younger. This reads a lot like the infamous "Cash me outside, how bout dah?!" that launched Danielle Bregoli aka Bhad Bhabie into the annals of internet fame after her Dr. Phil appearance.
