Man charged with fatal July shooting in Roxbury

Boston Police report arresting a man on charges he murdered Moises Ortiz-Santiago, 27, of Dorchester, at Weldon and Quincy streets in Roxbury on July 30.

Police report arresting Xavier Pena-Guerrero, 21, of Roxbury at Morton and Theodore streets in Mattapan Thursday evening on charges of murder and illegal possession of a firearm.
