Police issue APB for driver they say killed a little boy in Hyde Park and kept on going

Update: Police report he turned himself in.
Boston Police report they have obtained an arrest warrant for Olguens Joseph on charges he ran into Ivan Pierre, 4, at Wood Avenue and Tacoma Street in Hyde Park on July 18, then kept going as the boy died.
Joseph, believed to be driving a gray Chevy Spark, will face charges of motor-vehicle homicide, leaving the scene of a crash causing death and driving without registration and insurance, police say.

Suspect turned himself in?
NBC 10 is reporting that the suspect turned himself in to police.
Will he have the support of the city council?
He made some mistakes but I'm sure he's a good person. So long as his overall intent is good, that's all that matters.
