Probably shouldn't be a surprise: Orange Line trains dropping like flies

Fun with the all new trains on the Orange Line: At 6:04 a.m., the MBTA reported a dead train at Wellington. At 7:56 a.m., the MBTA reported delays due to an earlier deceased train at Downtown Crossing (exactly when that train died, the T did not report).

These cars are just hot messes. Only 40 more years until they can be replaced!

I was on the blue line yesterday and was like "the only time you hear about any issues on the BL usually isn't with the cars, but the catenary wire". Those Siemens cars are gonna last forever...

It's only 20 minutes from FH to Downtown as unmarked BPD cruiser with emergency lights flies.
