Flaming trash along Washington Street downtown

Tim Lawrence looked out his window on Washington Street in Downtown Crossing to see a line of flaming trash outside the DSW store on Washington Street in Downtown Crossing shortly after 7 p.m. He reports BFD quickly arrived and doused the burning rubbish.
