Man charged for one of two murders on Washington Street in Dorchester

Boston Police report arresting the man they say shot Jashun Cooley to death on Washington Street in Dorchester on Aug. 24.

Joseph Ruggs, 28, of Dorchester, was arrested last night in Brockton, police say.

About a week later, two men were shot, one fatally, in a barbershop on the other side of the street.
