More than one masked man sauntering around area near BC at night, police discover when they stop an apparent skulker who was not the guy wanted for burglary and prowling
The Heights reports D-14 cops, already on alert because of one skulking prowler with his face covered, stopped a masked guy at South Street and Kirkwood Road Thursday night after he'd been spotted in somebody's yard on Radnor Road.
But after barricading Radnor Road at either end in their search, police let him go because he didn't match the basic body description of the guy in earlier incidents, and he was wearing a black ski mask, not panty hose or some other material that completely covered his face, including his eyes, like the other guy.
The Heights reports he told police he was wearing a ski mask because he was cold and that he missed the "No Trespassing" sign on the yard he was spotted traipsing through.

Creepers will creep
Time to put the torches out.
So...who was that (other) masked man?
...and we didn't even get a chance to stop him for questioning.
