Grackles are cool and creepy
Those staring yellow eyes!
I saw a palm warbler resting
I saw a palm warbler resting on a branch on Blue Hill Avenue next to my barbershop. I thought it was strange to see a yellow bird in Dorchester. Bluejays, Cardinals, Robins sure; But a Yellowbird?
First hummingbird of the year
My wife saw the first hummingbird of the year while sitting on the porch. Always good to see these little guys return.
