Those Red Line signal gremlins have once again won; cause problems from Quincy Center to Wollaston

Around 7:20 p.m., the MBTA sent out word that Red Line riders could expect delays of up to 15 minutes - even including the dreaded standing by at stations - due to Yet More Problems with signals, this time between Quincy Center and Wollaston.

They always leave the doors open, even when it's 15 degrees out.

... you'll also get stuck on one of the new red line cars, that way you'll be hearing the doors go BEE-WOO BEE-WOO nonstop while waiting in the cold with the doors open.
