Wicked Local West Roxbury reports the owners of Sugar and the Rox Diner (nee Auntie Bee's) are teaming up to open a bakery/restaurant where A. Boschetto used to be on Washington Street.

What would ALSO go well in Roslindale Villiage
First, regarding the new bakery/restaurant let me say: Thank you God, thank you. Deliciousness is on its way. If there was some coffee shop component to this I would do back flips.
As for other things that would do well in Roslindale Villiage: (1) Isis Maternity - where are you Isis? Perhaps your representatives were trampled by our resident hoard of infants and toddlers during their visit to stake out space? If so, my appologies; The 5,000,000 small children who live in the neighborhood do get rambunctious. (2) Zaftigs - can I get some brisket up in here? - Hallah!
Real deli in Roslindale?
OMG, that would just rule like nobody's business. Especially if they had Sunday breakfast/brunch.
Alas, I'm not holding my breath.
Second that with a schmear of cream cheese
A real deli with thickly sliced meat, piled high on real marble rye and with spicy mustard?
