The supposedly "local" news cast I saw on the west coast tonight had a good two to three minutes of MA and CT roof collapse videos. That one in Easton, where the security camera caught the whole building came down, was quite dramatic!

I don't think that was a security camera. NECN had shown up on site because they heard that the building was in danger of collapsing and lucked out to catch the thing. I saw the same footage on CNN

Seems like negligence, and not an act of god, since you've had time to go up and get it cleared. Personally, I wouldn't want to pay out for something like this, and would considered it lack of upkeep.
