Yeah, that specific location has had its problems (as has the space with the Rialto Cafe is), but DelFino's, Birch Street Bistro and Sophia's Grotto have been around for awhile. And let's not forget the immortal Blue Star.
We saw the sign on our way to Sugar for breakfast after our tour of the substation (and the Roslindale Congregational Church). The place was packed - we had to wait 25 minutes for a table for three. A wait, in Roslindale? Go figure.
