Boston court officer charged with inappropriate sexual conduct with female prisoners

Michael Rubino, a guard at Boston Municipal Court, will be arraigned today for his alleged activities with prisoners at the court, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office report.
Rubino, 35, of Braintree, was originally scheduled for arraignment yesterday in Suffolk Superior Court, but a judge ordered the session moved to Middlesex County Superior Court in Woburn due to Rubino's "familial ties" to Suffolk Superior Court. Rubino's father, Joseph, worked for several decades in the court clerk's office - and served as acting clerk until current clerk Maura Hennigan took office.
Innocent, etc.
