Ramon Dingle-Smith, 20, is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court today on a charge of fatally shooting Jason Withers inside the 24Seven Convenience Store on Warren Street, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
Police say Dingle-Smith shot Withers, 25, repeatedly, around 4:25 a.m. on March 31. The DA's office reports police arrested Dingle-Smith earlier this morning.
City officials used the murder as a reason to reject the store owner's request to open a rotisserie restaurant nearby.
Innocent, etc.
