Lori Magno wishes Yellow Book would leave her alone:
... You suck. Specifically the idiots who deliver your books suck. This kind of asshattery must stop. Leave me alone Yellow Book. I can't remember the last time I touched any phone book other than my little town directory. ...
As long as she's ranting, she also explains why the Macy's in Downtown Crossing sucks.

Did anyone else get a robo-call this month from the company that delivers them, asking whether you got your Yellow Book?
Idearc Media is annoying, too

Why do they keep insisting on telling us they're the company behind the Yellow Pages? I don't care. It's like those commercials you used to see that went something like "You don't know us, but we make the grommets that keep the tires on your car from falling off." Hmm, come to think of it, United Technologies ads on WBZ are like that sometimes.
They'll always be...

Macy's is closed for one whole day (in the middle of the week no less) and she acts like it's a major crisis.
Truly a sign of a person lacking any real problems to concern themselves with.
Um, no drama actually

@arborway - No drama darling - just a little marketing 101 - why on earth would that crappylicious palace close the entire store for the day? I can't remember the last dime I spent with them, but it seemed quite bizarre.
Now Yellow Book - that's the drama!
Sorry for misinterpreting

Sorry for misinterpreting what you intended to convey.
Given the stock and the staffing levels, it may not be possible for them to do a complete inventory during the overnight hours. Closure is sometimes necessary, unfortunately.
Closing a department store for inventory is common

I remember it happening when I was a kid in another city. It's nothing new. They try to pick a low-traffic day so as not to lose lots of business.
The New Yellow Phonebook Directory ..... Grrrrr!

It's also got the complete white pages phone director for this area, and guess what....they left quite a few names out of it, including mine. They're so stupid.
