Along the same line maybe we should release a herd of goats into the n'hood and let them go wild...maybe they'd clean up the trash.
Possum, skunks, now deer. And yet for all the trash issues we have, I still have yet to see a rat in Eastie. A few mice, but no big-ass, Back Bay, Talons of Weng Chiang sewer mutants.

Oh, there are rats here in Eastie...had to get the city to come over and educate my neighbors about throwing popcorn out for the birds after we saw a clutch of baby rats and their mom charging the birds and eating it.
I agree; I have never in my
I agree; I have never in my life seen a rat north of downtown. Esp in Eastie, where the sidewalks look like one big crushed Coors Light can with some banana peels tossed in here and there. One would think that the conditions are ripe, but I guess not. I saw a GIGANTIC possum and a raccoon a few times, but that isn't anything special.
