I have seen that Turkey before in Central. I was running maybe a month ago on a Saturday morning and it was kind of unreal seeing a wild turkey mixed in with all of the pigeons in Central.

That's it call the police, animal control, you can never block a bike lane. Where will bike riders go? It looks like most of Boston will get bike lanes, don't drive in the city unless you have to. Fulton St in the North End should get a bike lane because it's wide. The rest of the North End is too small for bike lanes.
