This is the type of notification I was advocating about 6 weeks ago when a couple of similar private, yet commercial grade, displays were going off on the harbor. Why not let people know so that they can enjoy them?

The start of another Head of The Charles. Which means when I'm waiting for clients Sunday afternoon in Harvard Square, I can expect a couple of dozen drunken Ivy Leaguers to whip open the door of my SUV and drunkenly inquire, "Are you Uber?" and then take an attitude when I tell them to shut my fucking door.
