One of these light sculptures (the one closest to Charlestown) has been out for as long as I have lived in the area (since May) - any idea what agency owns them? I citizen's connected it, but Boston never responded. DCR?

I run under there all the time (during the day) but I've never noticed this before. I'll make a point to look out for it.
