I only met R' Moshe a few times, but like his father, he was clearly a scholar and a mensch of the first order.
May his memory always be a blessing for his family.

There is no palatable solution

to the continuing hateful discourse and violence in this part of the world. Let's just hope it never ends up nuclear.
I disagree, anon.

The only safe, sane and sensible solution to this decades-old, hateful debacle in that part of the world is the two-state solution. I, too, hope that this particularly dangerous, volatile and unstable part of the world doesn't end up nuclear, as well, however.
CNN sucks

Dave, above, Thank You!
You know something is amiss when CNN's coverage is more biased against Israel than Al Jazeera! I have already contacted CNN, CAMERA, and a few other organizations to let them know that this is totally unacceptable.
Also, Palestinians are handing out candy to celebrate the massacre. You can be certain CNN won't report on that.
The US and it media have taken

a very odd stance regarding this conflict, particularly regarding Hamas. And whats even stranger, were allowing two US group (CAIR & MAS) which were just declared terrorist organisation by the UAE to influence our response.

Really, the UAE?

That's your go-to country for terrorist declarations?

with the CNN screenshots above? What would you prefer to hear? Yes, they shot and killed the two alleged perps. They've also apparently arrested the entire family--like fourteen people--and destroyed their homes which obviously isn't mentioned here. I honestly don't get it--what are you quibbling with? Where is the terribly biased coverage I'm not seeing?

I attribute this to carelessness, not bias or malice, but it's still a pretty egregious error.
It took me 23 hours to figure that out

Thanks for the second set of eyes.
That's the one thing I hold against electronic media- it is so easy to make an error like that when you are pushing things out as quick as possible. That said, I swear that when Scotland was voting on independence the Sunday Globe showed a map that said that Iceland was Scotland. Errors like that in the daily newspapers just should not happen. They have time and theoretically editors.
Of course, often I wish I had an editor.
Ha!

Yes--I totally missed that as well but to use it as an example of media bias is beyond ridiculous.
