I've passed by a dozen or so churches over the past month that have poorly shoveled sidewalks and/or haven't bothered to shovel out crosswalks. "feeling our pain" rings hollow when these congregations don't seem to care about people who need to walk places in their own neighborhoods

Thanks to our amazing sextons, my church is shoveled. It's one of the ones in this video. Our pastor is one of the people in this video. And at least two of the other pastors in this video have taken care of their property. I know it totally sucks when property owners don't take care of their property. It also sucks when people piss in other people's Cheerios. This was just something fun and uplifting some of the local clergy did.

...because at least over in Union Square, the local church wasn't doing jack to shovel their sidewalks unlike the businesses and school nearby.

Do they get paid if they can't come to work due to the current transit disasters? Do they get snow days or have to take vacation?

Snow days count as vacation or work from home if applicable, just like everywhere on salary.
Also to note, my parish, St Columbkille, has been plowed and shoveled quite well since the first storm. Last week was tricky but the sexton was out shoveling before Mass.
And Cardinal Law hasn't been our bishop for quite some time, not like you'd care.

We are paying our employees. They are not having to use vacation days. It seems at least a handful of people here think everyone falls under the control of the archdiocese of Boston. I didn't recogonze every clergy person in the video, but most of them aren't even RCC pastors. At least three of these clergy pastor congregations with Congregational polity. So, they make their own rules. Human resource policies included.

But seriously, leave it to the uhub regulars to respond to a video of a diverse group of religious leaders of ALL faiths sending a positive message and trying to lighten the mood of misery in our city this month by alleging that no houses of worship have shoveled a sidewalk and that they mistreat their employees. And Swirly do you know that the Catholic Church docks the pay of church workers (you seem to know more than God anyhow) or are you just suggesting that they do so without having any idea if it's true?
You guys really are a miserable bunch. Lighten up.
