I hope people realize he already got found guilty of cheating. The only thing he or the players union can argue in court now is on the process of how they reached that conclusion and if it violated collective bargaining.

If the police search your home or big your phone without a warrant and they have u admitting your crimes or find all the evidence they need that evidence can't be used and the car gets thrown out. Doesn't mean the person isn't guilty just the process involved want right. I have given pays fans more credit then apparently which was do if you still believe he had no knowledge of what was going on.

in the violation of a very nit-picking rule that HAD NO EFFECT on the outcome of the game in question. The fact this has become such a major "scandal", and the fact the media and others are wasting so much time and resources covering it, is a sad indictment on both the NFL and our society in general.

I said this on day one, and I'll say it again - If you truly believe that, but for an underinflated football, the Colts may have won that game instead of the Patriots (despite the Pats performance in the second half), then the only course of action is logical. Replay the game!

that Brady does for playing a children's game working for only eight to twelve weeks out of the year, I think I'd be enjoying my first day of training as well. The phrase "what suckers" seems to come to mind.

Game preparation goes on all year round. Conditioning goes on all year round. Contending with those who think they just show up day of and strap on a helmet goes on all year round. Pointing out to the unwashed masses that you are worth whatever someone is willing to pay you goes on all year round.

Brady's skills are only on display about 24 weeks a year. The other 28 weeks are what he does to make sure the 24 weeks look good.
