A Revere woman was arrested for skinny dipping at Revere Beach yesterday, the Lynn Daily Item reports. The formal charge? Disorderly conduct.
Remember, people, if you want to gallivant in the buff, you have to give the public advance warning. The Supreme Judicial Court said so earlier this year.

She lucked out
In many states, an Indecent Exposure charge could have easily earned her a place on the sex offender registry for the rest of her life.
That's only for men
I've never heard of that happening to a woman.
A man can get that for peeing on the side of the highway, though.
almost a level 2
when i was younger my friends and i were enjoying some beverages at a party on a dead end street. there were parties in each house at the top of the dead end.i had to pee so i just stepped into the driveway (facing away from others) and started to get rid of some beer. suddenly the cops come driving up. they grabbed my two friends because they both had beers in their hands. then the cop grabs me and tells me im under arrest for drinking in public. i protested and told him i did not have a beer in my hand, which i did not. he said that was fine, he would arrest me for indecent exposure. yikes. i told him he was right,i was drinking in public. you dont have to register as a drinker in public. 100 fine.
Funny story... Just goes to
Funny story... Just goes to show when you doing something wrong and you get into technicalities with a cop theres always something they could get you with lol Its best to just go along with it.
I hate to be a troll, but...
pics or it didn't happen!
Heh!
Here's your proof right here:
No, not photos, but this fun little anecdote from the story, which just would not have made the paper if the whole thing were invented:
And after she was driven away, the reporter found himself wiping the drool off his chin ...
Meanwhile,
The cops missed an armed robbery ... or a murder because they were busy worrying about naked people swimming.
