Cameras can pan around location and then hit the Green screen when graphics are ready. Or combo?
Faneuil Hall can be in upper back ground and she can point down to graphics lower in the shot.

I loved DD @ WHDH, she brightened my mornings. Let's be honest, she got the job in NYC because she's blonde and perky. I was sad to see her go, but there's always another 25 y/o babe on deck to report the weather.
