Hardly all native speakers of the accent talk the way that is portrayed in that tweet. People generally shouldn't even try to spell it out, they will look like tourists. The hilarious thing is that someone retweeted suggesting they send the casting to the North End, as if it hasn't been almost completely gentrified for about 30 years now.
Look north
The thickest and most authentic Boston accents are found in South Portland Maine. They literally say "Let's get in the cah and go get a rack a' beah."
Should read "South Shore
Should read "South Shore Casting", since that's where you'll find all the people who sold their triple deckers to yuppies.
