New Hampshire restaurant/butcher shop looks to open in old Hilltop lot

Boston Restaurant Talk gets a (steak) tip that Tuckaway Tavern and Butchery in bucolic Raymond, NH is a-fixin' to open a second outlet in the now cow-less but still giant-cactused old Hilltop property in Saugus, which closed in 2013.
The restaurant itself served up a lagniappe on its Facebook page today about the potential new space.

wow they are gonna sell meat on an empty lot?
because the building was torn down like months ago.....

That was my first thought
I am familiar with Tuckaway. Its not that great. Family swears by it but I have never had a good meal there.
That said, the old hilltop location is a huge, very expensive piece of real estate. The last time I checked it had a for sale sign on it. I assumed a major development would be coming. You can fit a lot of different things on that lot, depending on zoning.
Tuckaway is nowhere in the league of the former Hilltop. I could see it as part of a larger development on that site, but not as a stand alone tenant.
It will be interesting to see what comes of this.

A foodie friend loves Tuckaway
A foodie friend in NH loves (LOVES) this place. Swears by it for both restaurant and butcher shop.
Bucolic is a bit of a stretch for Raymond NH
Its a bump on the road between Manchester and Hampton. A not particularly noteworthy bump.
A commuter town and that's it.
Ah.
I thought everything north of the border was bucolic :-).
Cowhampshire begins just north of Concord
The southern part of the state is just Northern Massachusetts now.
