WBZ Radio is a shell of an actual news radio service...it delivers salacious flavor-of-the-minute information as "news" more often than not, and repeats this "news" almost all day, with very little variation to what's reported.
Looking at the Law is nothing more than a legal trivia of the day, just as Dee Lee's financial advice is no more than 'save, invest, and don't spend foolishly'. Day after day, etc...
As if WBZ cares?....As long as they get ratings, they could give an rat's derriere as to whether they're satisfying your (or other naysayers) opinion. I happen to agree with you, but the folk$ at WBZ could give derriere as to my agreement also....As long as the ratings are solid, that's all that matters.
Where are lists of Boston or Massachusetts attorneys that have a subspecialty or a specialty in Public Records FOI Freedom of Information Open Government?
What Episodes of Neil Chayet Looking at the Law are about badly written laws, laws not enforced, laws that haven't been amended properly to be good effective laws?
Unjust laws exist;
shall we be content to obey them,
or shall we endeavor to amend them,
and obey them until we have succeeded,

It's hard to celebrate

or shall we transgress them at once?

But of course
Neil routinely discusses court cases involving unenforced laws.
You should really listen to an episode or 2. I only catch them on the fly, but they are cute little summations of recent court cases.
Only
All, The. Time.
A new response to an amended question
What is case law, but commentary on badly written laws and the enforcement of all laws?
Seriously, listen to WBZ. Not only will you get this, but news, weather, and traffic to boot.
Here's an even newer response to an even newer version of...
...your question.
The point of the episodes is to educate and entertain. Yet again, I suggest you tune in and listen to one or 2 to get an idea of what he does.
Here's a better question
Why do you keep subtly changing this comment?
