Affiliate anger: Channel 7 sues network

WBZ reports Sunbeam Television, which owns WHDH, has sued Comcast over the company's's plans to strip it of its NBC affiliation and start up its own NBC station in the Bostonish area, using a transmitter actually located in New Hampshire - Sunbeam says that's an anti-trust violation and deceptive.

NBC has already started building a news operation based at the Comcast-owned NECN. A couple of months ago, Chanel 7's Pete Bouchard decamped for NECN.
