First shakshuka, now bagels pop up in Roslindale

Adam Kessel reports that Exodus Bagels will be doing some pop-up bagel sales at Redd's in Rozzie on Washington Street this Saturday morning. You may recall how last month, the Chubby Chickpea did several shakshuka Israeli brunches at 7 Star Bistro. Is a deli popup far behind?

It would be great if it were not on Saturday so Jews who don't shop on Shabbat could buy these bagels!

You might be able to pay in advance and then just swing by to pick up a "GrabSac" or sandwich. Suggest reaching out to them via Twitter.

If you want them, buy them on Shabbat and pray for forgiveness (God told me he'd give you a pass). Stop holding to outdated and idiotic, even in their day, practices that are more about control of your life but are sold as holiness.

Engaging in commerce on Saturday wrecks the special peace of the day; and a bagel would not be worth it, even for one week.

should be made of either matzah or manna.

I must have these, don't want them to sell out before I get there, so when should I start camping out in front of Redd's?

Supposedly they'll be announcing the time later today.

that there will be a healthy line but the farther-flung pop-ups have been less crazy that the regular Brewery ones. Dudley is the best--a really pleasant spot and not huge crowds, though I admit it's weird seeing so many young bearded white guys there--akin to seeing turkeys in Central.
