Might be somewhere in Somerville. Try walking into the PAC and asking, or PA's Lounge (That's Portuguese-American Lounge), the longest serving bartender there is the guy you wanna talk to.
Otherwise you need to drive to New Bedford.
They carry a good supply of Portuguese products. If that fails you could take a ride to Fall River. Chaves Market might have the specific cheese you are seeking. I would call them first. https://www.facebook.com/ChavesMarket/
on Cambridge Street near Inman Square. They have a bunch of Azorean and Azorean-American groceries, like the excellent Açoreana brand of linguiça, chouriço and morcela.
Portugalia Marketplace in Fall River – it's Portuguese product heaven! Olives, to cheeses, to seasonings, to everything else you want – might not need!

Try Bacco's Wine and Cheese
On St. James in the Park Square building - if they can't get it - they might know where you can find it.

I'd check around East Cambridge
before driving all the way down to New Bedford or Fall River...
Court House Seafood in E. Cambridge
Carries lots of cured Portuguese meats... I'd try there.
Or,
The Wine & Cheese Cask on the corner of Beacon and Washington in Somerville, though there's no Portuguese theme there.
Call the Boston Cheese Cellar
in Roslindale. They might be able to advise you. But otherwise try a Portuguese Market.

Labels on cheese made in the Azores?
What do some of the labels look like on cheese made in the Azores?
Whole Foods
I saw some Sao Jorge cheese at the South End Whole Foods on Harrison.
I personally prefer the Azorean Queijo Fresco, but haven't been able to find that anywhere.

I know they're different things, which is how I know that I prefer one over the other. This is a discussion about Azorean cheese, which includes both. Yay links to google searches: https://www.google.com/search?q=azores+map&espv=2&biw=1226&bih=700&sourc...
Market Basket too. Maybe a
Market Basket too. Maybe a better question would be, "who doesn't sell cheese for the Azores".
From an Azorean
Here you go:
These are where my Azorean friend goes when they aren't making it themselves.
Cambridge: Fernandes Fish Market
Somerville: Cross Street Market & Deli
Lowell – Lowell Portuguese Bakery
Peabody: Tremont Market
And one more from an Azorean
