A squicked out citizen files a complaint about the "serious cockroach problem" on the Harrison Avenue block just south of East Berkeley:
Every night I walk home from parking my car I have never seen so many on the sidewalks and street. And it only seems to be that one block.
Well, at least they're not flying.

All the "citizen complaints" I post come from Bos:311, which is the online version of 311 (I.e., the old Mayor's Hotline).
