Isn't that actually Braintree? Looks like he took the picture over by BELD's Potter II station and the Citgo terminal.
The MWRA pelletizing plant in the background is in Quincy though.
I'll go with Braintree
His tweet doesn't specify and I only put Quincy because when I think of ships and the Fore River, I think Quincy first, but I don't really know the area at all.
That terminal is called "Citgo Braintree"
It's right over the line. Didn't know you could get that close to the ships!
