As a professional online troll, I'd venture to guess there's a lot of things "you're not getting".

It's all part of the guise and preparation in his appearance and how he carries himself before going out to do his thing in order to get off of E. Go look at him again after he starts nodding again after giving the stolen $ to his connect. He then won't be looking so rosy-cheeked, cleancut and alert. Come on, wake up. To him, old ladies are an easy target.

When friends of mine were attacked and mugged in Weymouth years ago, and the cops were too lazy to investigate, they said "we are a small town and this must be someone from the city" and "we don't have big city problems". They were a "town" of over 70,000 people with a severe drug problem at the time.

It's a tough economy, not a lot of jobs so this doesn't surprise me. Many people are hurting for money and are desperate.

We have an unemployment rate of under 4%. That's no longer a tough economy.
It is a poor economy...

Read Nickled and Dimed. You can not afford rent, groceries, bills, and transportation on such a paycheck as Eatily. Working at Eatily would just give this guy more access to customers' credit cards and cash and other valuable items.
