BC trolley slips off the rails, riders know that means no happy trails

The derailment happened at BC, there were no injuries and now it's buses all the way down Comm. Ave. for B riders.

The Globe reports somebody threw a switch while the trolley was still going over it.

There was planned track work
There was planned track work at BC yesterday and today:
"For Green Line B branch service at Boston College Station, please board at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Lake Street on Sunday, October 30, and Monday, October 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to track work."

Yes. Trains normally loop at
Yes. Trains normally loop at BC, but due to the scheduled track work, they were reversing using the crossover in question instead.
And someone for some reason threw the switch while the trolley was passing over it, causing this derailment.
