Heroic Franklin Line train just can't catch a break

Franklin Train 722 (5:04 pm inbound) has departed Forge Park/495 & is operating 50-60 min late due to the rescue of disabled Train 720.

Meanwhile, at South Station, somebody slotted both Needham Line and a Worcester Line trains on the same platform - and then announced both trains before they'd finished emptying out all the inbound passengers. You can imagine the sudden crush of humanity.

Is that it's a single track so the outbound train I'm on has bed sitting here for 20 minutes. Per usual one broken train ruins the entire system. It's illogical.

Believe it or not, the MBTA and Keolis don't hate us. So try not to take your frustration out on the customer service folks or the train crews. They hate the delays and cancellations as much as we do. Let's try and bring some civility back to society. Call or write your legislator and tell them we need better infrastructure.
