In all seriousness though, I am VERY impressed with how many extras Keolis is running today. Looking at T Alerts right now I count 10 extra trains running. Some lines (e.g. Providence, Franklin) have had multiple extras!

Slowly they're learning. Still, they should have a specific "event" plan for things like this (and protest marches, etc). Figure out what you can do within crew rules and put extras on a schedule (even if it's just internal). And figure out how to do it on weekends, too (when there are many extra trains).
I'll give them a pass on missing the line on this tweet, since they've been busy.

I don't think they need a pass at all, considering saying which line it is for in the alert is redundant anyway. You subscribe to T-Alerts by line. You view them on the website and apps by line. The only way there could possibly be confusion as to which line it is for is if you are subscribed to T-Alerts for multiple lines. But how many people actually do that, beyond a few railfans who want to know everything that happens?
I knew that's what Roadman was getting at the moment this was posted, but he's just looking for something to complain about.

Specifically, the color the passengers turned when they were delayed. Red in anger? Blue sadness? Green from just being sick of it all? Or maybe just orange to show support for the new administration :P
