Baby Bella's "Mother"

It seems this woman should be considered an accessory before and during, as well as after the fact. Will she continue to have children? Her worst punishment would be that she be required to get a full time job.

According to the Globe, she will be sentenced to probation and time served in exchange for testimony at the murder trial. It sounds like the prosecution believes she acted under coercion.

Has there been any investigation into why she was allowed to keep Bella from day one given her history of having kids removed? Or who is responsible for closing an earlier case with Bella? Their failures here are also criminal, and yet we hear nothing.

Absolutely heartless. Absolutely incomprehensible. Like all of the civilian/child deaths in the Middle East. Poor children. *sob

BS plea bargain. So that tells me she had no role in the murder before there was a trial? BS.
Let the jury decide that.
No Evidence

It's highly unlikely the DA would have made a deal with her if they had evidence to obtain a murder conviction at trial. A jury is legally bound to "decide" based on presented evidence.
There's no way she's innnocent

Even if she didn't murder her child, she played some sort of role in it. She deserves to spend time in jail.

She has been in jail 2-1/2 years, not being released until May, or until after the murder trial is completed.
