While at least you spelled the name of the street correctly (the Globe did not), you still got the Location wrong. Beach Street is in Chinatown, not the Leather District.

Beach goes from Atlantic to Washington, and 111 Beach is between South and Utica - very much Leather District, not Chinatown.
