Jon Keller finally finds something to smile about

Our resident scold, who normally spends his days complaining about our driving habits and kids on his lawn, is happy today because Boston has become world classier than New York: GE moved here, Berklee is bigger than whatever allegedly passes for music education in that sad, sorry city to our south and, oh, yeah, Yankees suck!

The constant attempts to compare two cities just shows that Bostonians have an inferiority complex in regards to NYC. If we're better, there's no need to brag.

He'll get served with a cease-and-desist from Dan Shaughnessy for working his side of the street.

this x 100

Everyday there is some comparison to NYC but NYs do not consider Boston as an equal city.

Hell, Boston only has one airport.

Does Jon Keller even live in Boston? Why do mASS suburbanites think they can speak for Boston?

Also, very few people in NYC and Boston care about the baseball rivalry. It's more of a "Long Island,Upstate NY,Jersey vs Cow Hampshire,Mass burbs" thing.

From my experience working in both cities....residents of NYC love Boston and residents of Boston love NYC.

Go Kansas City!

I vote in Boston elections and he can't.

Also, a big shout out to the NFL for scheduling the Patriot game on a Thursday and not a Sunday. If it was sunday all the allston, dorchester and suburban bros would come into South Boston and ruin the entire afternoon.

Go Kansas City!

You got your wish. Maybe they ought to take that plane back. It's okay, I didn't grow up caring about the Patriots. They're in Foxborough for a reason.

Can we in Boston just admit for once that we're a relatively safe and prosperous college town and that we are happy not to live in Detroit, Baltimore, the south side of Chicago, etc? We're too well off to be worried about silly comparisons to New York City.
