Jay Kenney watched firefighters battle a three-alarm fire at 15 Connecticut Ave.>, near I-93, in Somerville, around midnight.
KMV reports the fire was mainly in the building's rear porches.

Somerville believed there was an active arsonist in 2013. It was pretty scary.

Cooking is the leading cause of fires in residential structures. Smoking is the leading cause of civilian fire deaths per NFPA.
