Police say Dorchester woman threatened to bite cop's ear off

Sheila Lynch

Transit Police report arresting Sheila Lynch, 29, of Dorchester, on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon after she allegedly threatened to carve up a clerk at the Peter Pan counter at the South Station bus terminal in a dispute over a ticket refund around 5:40 p.m. yesterday.

Police report officers caught up with Lynch not long after elsewhere in the terminal, after she did not do any physical harm to the clerk.

Officers placed Lynch into custody and were escorting her to a police transport vehicle when she stated to the officer, " I'm going to bite your ear off.... I can take you."

Police add Lynch was already wanted in Dorchester for threats to commit a crime and assault with a dangerous weapon - a knife.

Innocent, etc.

Here's another classic example of a member of an immigrant community who just hasn't acclimated to our culture and our laws. SAD! This was also detailed in the recent documentaries 'the Departed' and 'Black Mass'.

But does Trump being an incompetent lazy racist shitbag suckass make the ethnic stereotyping and ethnicity-based mocking of white people okay? How so?

You see, many people in the GOP at large (certainly not just Trump) think that large Latino immigrant communities should be judged by the actions of a small number of members of those communities. I think that is dumb and wrong. So in this case we have someone whose family at some point came here from Ireland (based on her last name) and perhaps depending on when they came over, whose immigrant family members may even have subjected to the same kind of prejudice as is happening now to Latinos.

My intent was to mock the same nativist white supremacists urges which now rule the GOP by pointing out the parallels between their current targets (Latinos) and perhaps how this individual perhaps would have been treated 100 years ago (as an Irish immigrant).

TBH, I thought referring to 'the Departed' as a documentary should should have tipped you off about the overall tone and sincerity of my post but perhaps you are a very earnest individual.

I would say "Like A Criminal" is the more appropriate Sheila Divine hit for her.

I would hate to see someone objectify such a lovely bus station patron. It would be wrong.

On ears she liked to chop
A habit she could not stop
But it met a demise
To no ones surprise
When she tried it on a cop
