You know what Beacon Hill really needs? Lots of neon green signs all over

Jenn Martinelli is sick of the Beacon Hill Civic Association and its bright green posters telling people not to put the trash out the night before when, as far as she can tell, there's no such city ordinance to that effect.

I think that's a great idea! And maybe add a dive with little windows with bars on it, and a big neon sign out front that says "Joey's Chop House" or something like that.
