The Charlestown Patriot-Bridge reports the latest plans for the re-do of the Bunker Hill housing project call for 2,700 units, down from the original 3,200 and the addition of Leggat McCall as a partner to developer Corcoran Jennison.
The revised plans still call for the replacement of the current 1,100 low-income apartments with new low-income units, in addition to the new mixed-income buildings on the site.
