As Adam has confirmed, one arrested for felony malicious damage. I'm not sure if the others were released with a summons or placed into protective custody. Others were jumping on parked cars. It was generally a safe night, very well handled by BPD/MSP/Transit/BUPD.
It was nice late at night, early in the morning, for Commissioner Gross to come over the police radio to thank his officers and the other departments who assisted. A touch of class.
