There was a 10-15 minute delay on the Blue Line this morning around 10am, due to a medical emergency (to which they later added "and police action") at State St. I was on a delayed train, and we received frequent, clear and useful updates, on an intercom which actually worked. Knowing what's going on makes all the difference!
