Boston Police report they've set up "safe exchange zones" where people who agree online to buy or sell something can meet, secure in knowing that their exchange will be captured on surveillance cameras, which should reduce the odds they'll be robbed or worse.
Each of the city's district police stations now has one of these zones, as does BPD headquarters on Tremont Street in Roxbury. All are open 24 hours a day.

..make sure you charge and collect Sales Tax! You never know if the DOR is watching from those cameras!
I would use a Dunkin Donuts for this purpose

Or a Starbucks, or a local coffee shop, or a library branch.
