Stabbing On The Increase
Maybe it's just me, but does it seem like there's been a significant increased in people getting stabbed in the city of Boston. If this violence statistic is true I have a couple observations of the dichotomy of stabbings:
1. When someone stabbed someone, the actual act requires a person to be very close to the victim. The actor can actually feel the injury he or she is inflicting on the person unlike shooting from a distance there's no evil intimate connection.
2. Most of the time the victim will know the perpetrator.
3. Most of victims survive the attack versus being shot.
4. Most of the time the perpetrator it's under the influence of some mind-altering drug, i.e. alcohol marijuana cocaine excetera.
Have there been an increase in the city of Boston stabbing crimes?
