Suburban man charged with sexually attacking teen on Silver Line bus on way from Logan

Transit Police report arresting a man they say sexually attacked a 16-year-old girl on a Silver Line bus on its way towards South Station from Logan Airport around 9:45 p.m. on Sunday.
John Reed, 52, of Whitman, was charged with indecent assault and battery - after, police say, officers picked him off the floor of the bus at South Station, where he dropped as they approached him. Police add:
As the officers were speaking with the victim Reed displayed his middle finger at her.
