Transit Police report arresting an Everett man on a charge of open and gross lewdness on the Malden Center commuter-rail platform after, they say, people waiting on the neighboring Orange Line platform turned to see where some grunting sounds were coming from around 7:25 p.m. yesterday.
Rather than a bear that needed some repellent, they found "Abdalla Abo, 26, of Everett, with his genitals fully exposed committing a lewd act," police say.
Police arrived and took Abo for some quiet booking.

This a violation, period and besides being disgusting it is illegal. Are you condoning this type of behavior because he didn't physically attack someone? Clearly he does need some kind of help but why should other passengers be subjected to this? News flash, children also ride the T. I'd be furious if my teenaged daughters saw something like that. I'm an adult & while disgusted I know to call the police or even cuss him out myself. What about kids, elderly, disabled?
