with the globe subscription rates does this categorize as a felony?

also, does one guy in a red civic deliver everyone's paper in the state?

also, i really wish i could make my kids get paper routes. first job being a tough one can set you up well for future endeavors.

to deliver the Traveler or the Evening Globe. (Maybe either the Record or the American were pm papers, too.)

It is getting harder to find stores that still sell the paper

The News...I still read it three times a day on various platforms and sources. Right before I tuck in, I always wonder why I do as I recall the halcyon days.

If things weren't bad enough, the printed Herald is now $2.50 per day at the "newsstand," $4 Sundays. Printed Globe $3 and $6 respectively. The home delivery rates are ridiculous too. I've never heard of a steep downturn in sales being reversed by a substantial price increase. It's as though they are intentionally trying to scare off the last of the print subscribers before pulling the plug. At this point, its clear the Herald will eliminate print first but the Globe won't be far behind. With John Henry entering the twilight of his life, most likely so is the printed Globe. Hopefully both papers can survive as "internet only" since elimination of print could happen any day. Sad to witness.

And they charge that for the Thanksgiving paper too, which is the richest advertising day of the newspaper year.

Jay the question ur axing is where they do that at, referring to buying the $6.00 Boston Sunday Globe? ( and $6 is outrageous). You do only get one for $6 but Jay each Sunday a new newspaper “ appears”(Sunday Globe ) yet all have same story’s,news and pictures!( believe it or not that’s 7 days a week.If u look or better yet ask the person behind the counter at the place you purchase ur rolling papers ( Blunts) If they have Today’s newspapers and make sure it’s Sunday they could help.

I’ve seen a few try and seen an equal number fail.

And that’s why my $5.50 a day is well spent, even though it assists the freeloaders out there.

I never find a Herald abandoned on my bus ride home anymore! $2.50 an issue encourages recycling.

$2.50 an issue encourages recycling.

Only if you're getting back $1.50 at the recycle bin.
